🎯 Overview

WorldFirst is a one-stop digital payments and financial services platform for cross-border SMEs and corporates, which was newly acquired by Ant Group. I am the design lead responsible for the foreign exchange and international payments product.

When I jump into this product, a new business strategy will build the platform into a standardized global solution for CN, EMEA, SEA, US, and JP markets.

We are currently working with a relatively simple version of the platform that recently updated from a legacy version.

Pain Pints

• Without a clear understanding of how payment products and foreign exchange fit together, it can be difficult to make informed decisions.
• Migrate e-commerce and corporate clients to a unified platform within six months.
• Expand business to different regional markets fast.
